Job Description

Scripting & Process AutomationDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks across SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Business Central, and OneDrive.

Automate SharePoint site creation using custom templates.

Design and automate workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

Leverage AI-powered tools for automation, content generation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.

Integrate AI systems (autonomous AI agents, workflow orchestration) into business processes, ensuring secure and compliant operation.

Stay current with advancements in generative and Agentic AI and recommend best-fit solutions for business needs. Infrastructure ManagementAdministrating and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.

Implementing and maintaining hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

Managing, monitoring, and optimizing Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, patching, security) is a plus.Reporting & AnalyticsCreate and design Power BI reports for analytics from various sources (SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Business Central, OneDrive, Exchange Online).Technical Support & DocumentationProvide technical support and guidance to team members on AI tools, PowerShell, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and infrastructure topics.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, HES, or equivalent experience.

Experience with Microsoft cloud services.

Proficiency in deploying and managing generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar).

Understanding Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-step workflows, orchestration, prompt engineering).

Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python,) and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

High standards of discretion and professionalism.

Languages: French, English (other languages a plus).
