What You Will Do

• provide production support for the CO:RE system and Repo Trading Platform to ensure stable and continuous operation
• work in a cross-functional agile team to analyze requirements, develop new features, and implement system improvements
• document technical solutions and architecture to ensure clarity and consistency across the team
• contribute to the implementation of DevOps practices, including automation, monitoring, and infrastructure as code
• participate in on-call duty rotations (approximately 5–6 weeks per year) to support live systems

What You Bring

• extensive Java experience (5+ years) with modern 3-layer web architecture and frameworks like Spring, Quarkus, JEE, and Hibernate/JPA
• solid knowledge of modern software development tools and practices (e.g., Scrum, Docker, OpenShift, CI/CD, Domain-Driven Design)
• proven experience in production support, following ITIL best practices for incident and change management
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure and deliver quick, effective solutions
• excellent teamwork and communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus)
