The Junior HR Business Partner supports the HR Director in delivering operational HR activities across Commercial Functions. In this dual-focus role, you will relieve the HRD of day-to-day operational tasks while serving as the dedicated HR point of contact for VP-2 level managers within the assigned scope - providing practical guidance, process support, and follow-through on people matters. You act as the liaison between managers and employees, ensuring that all HR policies are aligned with the team-s needs.
