Description:

• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, and ensuring that all visual content aligns with brand strategy and project goals while reporting to the Senior Art Director
• How you will create a beautiful impact:
• In collaboration with the team, research for visual references for stills, videos
• Create visual mock-ups during the conception and rollout phase of campaigns
• Support the Creative Team in preproduction for stills and video shoots, with location, casting, props and styling needs
• Attend and direct photo and video shoots, ensuring creative vision is realized
• Retouch photos and edit videos with a strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Support graphic design, 3D designs with artistic direction
• Contribute to briefings for creative collaborators
• Create guidelines for campaign rollouts
• Assist in the management of image and video assets
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

• Graduated in design, fine art, graphic design or similar
• Master of tools like Adobe Creative Suite particularly in Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, to execute high-end creative assets
• Strong knowledge of the latest creative innovations in AI
• A strong understanding of current trends in photography, design, digital media and social media
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback to improve designs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
