(Junior) Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to support senior management in the strategic and operational development of our Private Banking business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. This role requires a high degree of common sense, discretion, and adaptability, as well as prior experience in a similar position within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as a trusted partner to senior management, supporting business planning, execution, and operational efficiency. • Analyze financial and business data, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making. • Create and maintain Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, financial planning, and business development initiatives. • Drive and coordinate key projects across different teams, ensuring alignment with the banks strategic objectives. • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance business performance. • Monitor regulatory and market developments to assess potential business impact. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Relationship Managers, Compliance, Finance, Risk) to facilitate seamless business operations.

Key Requirements: • Fluency in English & German (both written and spoken) is essential. French a great advantage. • Proven experience in a similar role (3-5 years) within a Private Bank, Wealth Management, or Financial Services. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentations, reports). • Hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
