We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on extracting and analyzing engine data from available files in our WinDB system. This position is ideal for students who are eager to apply their skills in a real-world setting
Responsibilities
Retrieve and process engine data from available files in the WinDB database
Collaborate with designated contact partners to collect missing information and to ensure accurate and timely data collection
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to engine performance and maintenance
Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to support decision-making processes
Maintain organized records of data sources and analysis procedures
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with contact partners
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Skills
Experience with database systems
Knowledge of engine mechanics and performance metrics, preferred but not necessary
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
