As part of the continued enhancement of CRM capabilities, a pilot initiative will be conducted to introduce lead management and a context-based 360° customer view (for both private individuals and corporate clients) using the Salesforce platform already in use by the Marketing team. This requires backend and frontend development based on existing business concepts to enable a seamless lead management process from capture to reporting.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
You will support the team in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, working closely with senior developers and business units to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
