We are looking for a motivated Junior Strategic Buyer to join our team and support the development of sourcing strategies that ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply base. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will gain valuable experience in supplier management, negotiations, and strategic sourcing within an international environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support supplier performance management
• Execute sourcing activities, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends, pricing developments, and potential supply risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify sourcing opportunities
• Support the implementation of procurement initiatives that drive value, efficiency, and resilience across the supply chain
• Support Project Procurement activities

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an apprenticeship combined with further professional education
• First experience in strategic procurement; strong experience in operational procurement; Strong SAP skills; relevant internships or coursework preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to develop a career in strategic procurement
• Fluent in English and German
• Project management skills are preferred.
• A technical background or technical knowledge would be an advantage
