      Description:

      • In this role you will execute the Supply Chain and Supply Management Strategy in operation. You will ensure continuous supply and best product availability to meet global market demand and company targets. You will manage the global inventory levels, inventory coverage and product availability in most efficient manner
      • How you will create a beautiful impact:
      • Close collaboration with Demand Planning for synchronization of demand and supply
      • Identify, monitor and action major gaps (weeks cover) between supply, forecast and actual sales
      • Monthly creation of a validated net-demand-forecast (NDF) for assigned products, categories or suppliers
      • Master scheduling for purchasing of packaging material with suppliers based on optimal lead-times
      • Monitor supplier capacity and potential risks of availability and supply
      • (Bottlenecks, capacity constraints, out-of-stocks)

      Purchasing

      • Ensure conversion of net-demand into purchase orders under consideration of lead-times
      • P/O submission to suppliers and follow-up of confirmation in agreed period of time
      • Frequent and pro-active tracking of pending production orders to ensure on-time shipping ex source
      • Responsible for continuous examination of existing processes and systems, evaluation in the
      • context of organizational goals, propose changes or enhancements, manage implementation and
      • changes including standard process documentation
      • Responsible for coordinating activities of Supply Chain Management, involvement in particular
      • processes, ensuring that they are working as efficiently and effectively as possible
      • Lead and support projects within the supply chain as prioritized by the management

      • German and English is essential
      • Solid SAP and Excel Skills
      • 3 ~ 5 years of proven Planning experience
