Job Description

• Opening of bank accounts
• Completion of investment applications and dealing with investment houses
• Preparation of payment instructions
• Preparation of minutes and resolutions
• Preparation of shares, transfers, deeds, agreements, etc.
• Preparation of correspondence
• Assisting with the collection and collation of client due diligence
• Liaison with various company formation and registered agents in a number of offshore centres
• Preparation of files
• Liaising with the compliance officer re compliance actions

The Successful Applicant

• At least 4 years of experience in a trust company in a similar role;
• Bilingual in English (both spoken and written);
• Flexible and adaptable.
