Design and implementation of complex kinematic control algorithms for mobile air defence systems
Verification and validation, including integration testing via unit tests, hardware-in-the-loop and complete system campaigns
Development and ultimate responsibility for models and simulation environments for the development of motion controls
Development and expansion of workflows and toolchains in line with strategic requirements
Management of and participation in technology studies and peer reviews, preparation and delivery of technical presentations for all stakeholders
External communication with customers, other contractors and authorities
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Solid technical background (MSc/PhD), ideally in one of the following areas: control engineering, robotics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
Solid knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: kinematic control, numerical linear algebra, simulation and modelling, and state estimation
Very good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, experience with generated code pipelines, CI/CD, C/C++ are an advantage
Strong curiosity and ability to learn outside your core area of expertise
Very good written and spoken German and English
High degree of independence and ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
