      As second-in-command, the Kitchen Sous Chef has a large amount of responsibility in the kitchen.
      The Kitchen Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen.
      The Kitchen Sous Chef is responsible of the quality of the food.
      The Kitchen Sous Chef develop the academic contents for the workshop
      Takes the Head chef responsibilities in case of Absences
      Control de Daily production
      Ensure that the quality of food reach the School standard
      Organise the production and the meal plan with the Head chef

      Always research to improve the student experience in the workshop
      Organise purchased order and delivery when needed
      Ensure that all activities in kitchen - including kitchen stewarding -are the reflect of the students' Moodle course description and meet the workshop learning outcomes.
      Control the cleanness of the kitchen according to the Weekly Cleaning planning
