• You will also be responsible for the following:
• Leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to Zurich’s digital strategy
• Translating complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions
• Piloting and evaluating new Salesforce features to assess their impact and value
• Providing hands-on technical leadership, including coding, configuration, and integrations (approx. 30% hands-on)
• Mentoring and guiding team members in Salesforce best practices and technical excellence
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, driving continuous improvement

Important to your success – let’s grow together

• You are an accomplished Lead Engineer with deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise. You thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment, and are passionate about leading teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, with a track record of leading Salesforce solution delivery in complex environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and CI/CD concepts and tooling
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams
• Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded
