Your mission

• You will be part of an agile and self organizing development & machine learning team. On a day-to-day basis you will:
• Maintain our infrastructure (Pipelines, Kubernetes, Security)
• Develop and maintain our AI-powered contract analysis platform
• Design, implement, and test new features
• Optimize our microservices architecture for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with our product team to turn customer requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
• Architect AI enabled features together with our team
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Located in the Zurich area, or willing to relocate. Office presence is required two days per week
• Focus or experience with devops technologies (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Able to build a full feature from frontend to backend
• Either proficient in frontend or backend or both (Angular, Typescript, Python)
• Experience with databases (SQL) and APIs
• Nice to have: Experience with MLOps and AI
• Fluent in English, and ideally German
• Quick learner with the courage and creativity to tackle complex challenges
• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and a flexible mindset

20 min. interview with People Manager (cultural fit):

• Understand the technical requirements for this position better, as well as your future tasks and team setup
• 15 min. interview with CTO (technical fit):
• To demonstrate your abilities, you have an in-depth interview with our developer team. You showcase your abilities by presenting an exciting tech use case, like completing a coding challenge
• Meet the team you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions. There’s one meeting in our Zurich office to get to know it and meet the team in person
