• Completed vocational training or hotel management school, or at least 1 year of practical work experience in the same or a related industry
• You have a structured approach to organization and enjoy communicating in German and English; handling complex guest correspondence is essential. You creatively address guest issues and implement new ideas with great interest and a keen sense of guest needs
• A passion for high-quality beverages and excellent service
