As a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation (L&H), you will play a key role in driving and delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across the L&H value chain. You will lead initiatives end-to-end — from strategic framing through execution and benefits realisation — spanning operating models, governance, processes, technology, and ways of working
A key part of our L&H transformation agenda is ensuring disciplined execution of strategic priorities across global and market-unit levels, while driving improvements across the L&H value chain through responsible, business-led use of digital and AI capabilities
In this role, you will:
The L&H Business Transformation & Initiatives team, part of L&H Business Advisory, drives change and sustainable performance across the L&H business unit. We convert L&H strategy into measurable execution, champion excellence in project, programme and portfolio delivery. Additionally, we run and enhance central governance processes and enable effective resource allocation and decision-making. We are a globally distributed, experienced team working across the entire L&H value chain, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
About You
For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 126’000 CHF and 188’000 CHF for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus
