Interfaculty Bioinformatics Unit Start of employment: by agreement 2-year limited contract with possibility of extension

Tasks

Together with a team colleague you will be

• Administering and maintaining our Linux server infrastructure.
• Managing and optimizing our HPC clusters, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Providing essential support by analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving user problem requests.

Requirements

• Proven in-depth experience with Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with virtual machines and containerization technologies.
• Practical experience administering HPC clusters, particularly with Slurm.
• Strong understanding of Network, Storage and Web technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
