HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Machine Learning Engineer to join a newly forming AI team at Stadler. You will help develop practical, ML-powered tools that solve real problems across the organization. This is an opportunity to help shape a young and fast-moving initiative from the ground up, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. Your work will likely involve natural language processing (especially with large language models), computer vision, and classical software engineering. Many of our projects combine deep learning with more traditional code to create usable, production-ready tools. You will be responsible not just for the ML components, but also for integrating them into complete systems. Equally important will be producing clear and comprehensive documentation to ensure that these tools can be reliably maintained and scaled across the organization. You will also play a key role in communicating with and educating colleagues from other teams on how to effectively use and integrate these ML solutions into their workflows. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from strong recent graduates to engineers with several years in the field. What matters most is curiosity, initiative, and a strong command of machine learning fundamentals and software craftsmanship. Your Profile
