As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance operations across the site, driving preventative and corrective maintenance programs, vehicle repairs, fleet upgrades, and continuous performance improvement initiatives. • Working closely with customers, operational teams, and key stakeholders, you'll oversee the successful execution of maintenance strategies that meet contractual commitments, optimise fleet reliability, and uphold Alstom's industry-leading standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence. • Driving compliance with all Alstom and regulatory policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement
• Leading and overseeing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with the Maintenance Management Plan
• Maximising fleet availability, reliability, and performance while consistently delivering on contractual commitments and customer expectations
• Managing and optimising maintenance budgets, including labour, overtime, tooling, and materials, to achieve cost-effective operational outcomes
• Identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies, cost-saving opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency
• Supporting and coordinating operational planning, workforce scheduling, and resource forecasting to ensure maintenance activities are effectively resourced and delivered
• Leading, coaching, and developing maintenance team leaders, technicians, and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, and growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support collaboration, service excellence, and successful project delivery

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
