Skills and attributes for success

• in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles, ideally within professional services, Big 4, or industry finance teams
• 4–8 years of experience
• (e.g. FP&A, record-to-report, order-to-cash), with hands-on experience in finance strategy, process improvement, and system implementations
• Strong knowledge of core finance functions
• with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, or Tagetik is a plus. One of the sectors we work with is the Australian Federal Government and as such is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and influence
• Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn
• Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA
