• Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Switzerland is growing strongly. To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Manager to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva

Role Overview

• As a Manager, you will lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across digital finance transformation programmes. You will take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high‑quality outputs
• Lead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes, automation use cases, and finance data & analytics workstreams
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A), translating business requirements into clear process designs and functional specifications
• Guide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and effective collaboration
• Design and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders
• Drive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting
• Collaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients
• Lead business development and proposal activities
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies
• To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation
• Experience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams and ensure high‑quality client delivery
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
• Fluency in English/German; French a plus
