Manager Head of Metrology (m/w/x)

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

• Leitung der M2U-Kalibrierung
• Teilnahme an GMP-regulatorischen Inspektionen von Behörden und Kunden
• Bewertung von Änderungen hinsichtlich des Einflusses auf den Kalibrierungsstatus
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Engineering-Gruppe, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kalibrierungsaktivitäten für alle Aktivitäten angemessen definiert, geplant und durchgeführt werden, damit die internen und externen Kalibrierungsanforderungen erfüllt werden.
• Vorschlagen und Umsetzen von CAPA's
• Aktive Beteiligung an der Lösung von Problemen und Unterstützung sowie Teilnahme an funktionsübergreifenden und globalen Teams zwischen verschiedenen Disziplinen, um optimale Verfahren und Verbesserungen zu gewährleisten
• Verbesserung der SOPs für das Kalibrierungssystem
• Mentoring der Mitarbeiter, um die Leistung der Abteilung zu verbessern

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Biotechnologie
• Grundkenntnisse in Automatisierung und Instrumentierung
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Qualifizierungsdokumenten und der Durchführung von Qualifizierungsaktivitäten.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Inspektionsthemen
• Erfahren in der Kommunikation in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und Englisch
