Position Summary

As IT Operations Manager, you-ll play a pivotal role in mentoring talented technical teams, driving strategic alignment across regions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of world-class IT services.

Your mission

• Lead and develop the IT Operations team: Mentor and empower the team to deliver key projects, drive performance, and encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
• Align global IT infrastructure strategy: Collaborate with regional managers to ensure a unified and scalable global IT infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth IT service delivery: Work closely with vendors, service providers and internal teams to maintain reliable and efficient IT operations service delivery.
• Oversee infrastructure and cloud environments: Maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services. Coordinate major global technical changes on On-Premises & Cloud infrastructure.
• Act as escalation point for incidents: Provide leadership and expertise in resolving complex infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Optimize Operations: Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security measures: Manage and maintain the organization-s core security measures including firewalls, access controls endpoint protection, and patch managements, ensuring technical teams apply best practices and stay ahead of emerging threats.
• Promote a security-first mindset: Advise and guide cross-functional teams to prioritize cybersecurity in every stage of project design and implementation, embedding security principles into daily workflows and long-term planning.
• Deliver actionable insights: Ensure monitoring tools provide accurate, meaningful metrics; regularly analyze and present these insights to senior leadership to drive informed and strategic decision-making.
• Drive post-incident learning: Ensure thorough root cause analysis and action plans to prevent future issues.

Your profile

• Bachelor-s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a global or multi-region environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud services (Azure/AWS), networking, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira), and enterprise security standards.
• Familiarity with SASE networking platforms is a strong advantage.
• Skilled collaborator across cultures, time zones, and disciplines.
