The role focuses on planning and allocating resources to deliver the strategic agenda, tracking and reporting risks, dependencies, issues, and actions, and ensuring effective cost and benefit tracking. The Transformation Officer also plays a crucial role in designing internal processes, developing change management approaches, and collaborating with external partners to plan and track ongoing engagements.
