About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Master's student to join our team for a 6 month internship until December 31, 2026, starting as soon as possible. You will work closely with the CMO and the marketing team on content creation, social media management and the integration of AI tools into our everyday marketing workflows.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you will contribute to live projects, bring fresh ideas, and help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
Working directly with the CMO and her team, who will train and assist you throughout your internship, you will have the following tasks:
- Creating and managing content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Supporting the editorial calendar and content strategy across Swiss linguistic regions.
- Researching and testing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output quality.
- Contributing to copywriting, campaign materials, and brand communications.
- Tracking and reporting on content performance metrics.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- You are fluent in at least two of the following: French, German, English (all three is a strong plus).
- You have a genuine curiosity about AI tools and their application in marketing (Claude, Canva, HubSpot, Google Ads etc.).
- You have strong writing skills and a sharp editorial eye.
- You are autonomous, proactive and comfortable working in a lean team environment.
