What you move
- Develop and qualify wet etching and cleaning processes for high-volume MEMS production
- Support production by identifying and resolving root causes of process-related issues
- Share your expertise by contributing to projects and helping to shape future products
- Understand the interrelationships with other processes and drive process improvement

- Development and validation of new MEMS processes up to production release
- Hands-on cleanroom work: plan, execute, and analyze experiments, setup test strategies, data review

What you bring along
- Completed degree in microsystems engineering, chemistry, materials science or a related field
- Sound understanding of technical systems and interrelationships
- Strong coordination skills and excellent communication in both German and English
- 5 years of relevant experience, a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
