We’re looking for a motivated and deeply curious Omnichannel Marketing Manager to join our Central Marketing team in Zürich.
In this role, you’ll help us find the right audiences and meet them where they are (organic search, paid search, organic social, paid social, owned channels, etc…) with the right messaging to inspire them to go on an exchange year. You will be part of a small cross-functional multi-disciplinary team that values collaboration, transparency, and action. You will work closely with the student recruitment and host family recruitment teams to make decisions based on user insights and data.

Responsibilities: • Omnichannel Analytics -- keeping a pulse on day-to-day performance data including paid search, paid social, organic traffic, search, email, and/or any other activities driving traffic to our website. • Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards. • Identifying nuances in data to optimize our student recruitment and host family recruitment efforts. • Set up paid search and social campaigns in Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and analyze campaign performance. • Monitor SEO performance and strategize new activities in the face of an ever-changing search environment combating: SERP Features, Gen AI, etc… • Manage and track budget, spend, and forecasts; effectively communicating and adjusting as the marketplace and recruitment markets require. • Create new content and experiences as well as improve existing content and experiences that helps drive SEO and conversion goals. • Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting. • Creating dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels across all departments. • Innovating by bringing new features, tools, and processes forward to drive efficiency and get our message in front of the right audiences. • Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through internal training
Key Requirements: • 5+ year's experience at an agency or in-house performance marketing team with a focus in Search Engine Optimization, Content Strategy, and/or Paid Media. • A data driven mindset, analytical thinker; deeply familiar with tools such as PowerBI, Excel, various 1st party and 3rd party dashboards. • Collaborative personality with confident problem anticipation and resolution – willingness to have difficult conversations and work together to overcome problems. • Strong verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy and present ideas to stakeholders.
