Hedge Funds Migration specialist(Zurich, Switzerland)

Full time office role (100% in the office)

Zürich, Switzerland location

12 months fixed term contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, 4-eye-control, validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents.
• Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation.
• Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process transfers.
• Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments
• Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements.
• Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC
• Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI)
• Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions
• Investigating securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks
• Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations

 Experience required:

• 1-3 years relevant experience with Hedge fund migrations is a must
• Fluent English language (written and spoken)
• Experience in investment banking and wealth management
