Description - External Hedge Funds Migration specialist (Zurich, Switzerland)

Full time office role (100% in the office)

Zürich, Switzerland location

12 months fixed term contract

Responsibilities:

Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, 4-eye-control, validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents. Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation. Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process transfers. Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements. Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI) Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions Investigating securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations Experience required:

1-3 years relevant experience with Hedge fund migrations is a must Fluent English language (written and spoken) Experience in investment banking and wealth management
