We are looking for a 50% – Facilities & Operations to support the day-to-day running of our school site
This role provides structured administrative, technical and coordination support to the Operations Department and acts as an important link between facilities, safety, events, extracurricular activities and external service providers. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured, practical and service-oriented environment
The Work of the Role
Very good German (spoken and written) is required, -Good working knowledge of English, -Strong administrative and organisational skills, -Comfortable working with technical documents, plans and data, -Reliable, structured and detail-oriented, -Confident communicating with internal teams and external companies, -Interested in facilities, operations, safety or administration, -Suitable for Lehre / vocational training or school partnership pathways
