      Provide the basic functions of the website;

      We are looking for a 50% – Facilities & Operations to support the day-to-day running of our school site

      This role provides structured administrative, technical and coordination support to the Operations Department and acts as an important link between facilities, safety, events, extracurricular activities and external service providers. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured, practical and service-oriented environment

      The Work of the Role

      • Maintain and update evacuation plans, fire drawings and safety documentation, -Manage signage across the school (rooms, doors, safety notices, incident signs), -Support the Security and Safety Team by keeping documentation and procedures up to date, -Act as deputy for the Operations Manager for defined safety or operational matters
      • Coordinate rooming and logistics for extracurricular activities, -Support event set-ups, safety requirements and operational readiness, -Liaise with internal teams and external partners
      • Maintain operational documentation, reports and action tracking, -Follow up with internal and external stakeholders, -Request and track quotes, work orders and service follow-ups
      • Support the development of more efficient ways of working, -Help improve reporting, documentation and coordination systems

      Very good German (spoken and written) is required, -Good working knowledge of English, -Strong administrative and organisational skills, -Comfortable working with technical documents, plans and data, -Reliable, structured and detail-oriented, -Confident communicating with internal teams and external companies, -Interested in facilities, operations, safety or administration, -Suitable for Lehre / vocational training or school partnership pathways
