Operations Strategy is at the center of Nestlé's transformation agenda, serving as the strategic engine for major supply network, capital allocation and operations transformation decisions across the globe. Working across categories, regions and functions, you will support key decisions that drive growth, competitiveness and long-term value creation, while working on high-impact topics, partnering with senior leaders and building a unique combination of consulting, operations and finance expertise that can support future leadership opportunities.

Operations Strategy combines the rigor of strategy consulting, the business acumen of finance and the practical understanding of operations to help shape Nestlé's future network, capabilities and investments at a global scale.

How you-ll make an impact as **an Operations Strategy Consultant**

• Shaping strategic decisions on supply networks, manufacturing footprint, sourcing and capital investments.
• Leading project workstreams and developing fact-based recommendations for global, regional and market operations strategy projects.
• Applying analytics across operations, finance and business data to evaluate strategic trade-offs and identify value creation opportunities.
• Challenging assumptions, synthesizing complex information and translating insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Preparing decision-ready materials for executive governance and investment forums.
• Collaborating closely with teams across functions, businesses and regions to strengthen alignment and strategic impact.

What will make you successful

• Bringing experience in strategy consulting, operations or finance, preferably within FMCG; MBA is a plus.

• Demonstrating strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and challenge assumptions.

• Delivering results in a project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Communicating and presenting with confidence, including influencing senior audiences.

• Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
