Als Operativer Einkäuferin bei Takeda verantwortest du die effiziente Steuerung unserer Lieferanten und Beschaffungsprozesse. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Prozessoptimierung bei. Mit deinem kaufmännischen Know-how und deiner kommunikativen Stärke unterstützt du die sichere Materialversorgung unseres Standorts

Operative Bestellabwicklung inklusive Reklamationsmanagement

• Organisation und Durchführung von Lieferantengesprächen sowie Organisation und Teilnahme an Lieferantenbesuchen
• Verhandlung mit Lieferanten (außer Kosten) zur Verbesserung von Geschwindigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Service und Qualität
• Aufbau und Pflege der Lieferantenbeziehung, unter anderem durch Business-Review-Meetings
• Vertretung des lokalen Einkaufs in internen, funktionsübergreifenden Meetings sowie Mitarbeit an Einkaufs- und Supply-Chain-Projekten
• Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung sowie Analyse und Reporting einkaufsrelevanter KPIs

mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Sehr gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Sozialkompetenzen inkl. Empathie und sicherer Zusammenarbeit auf allen Organisationsebenen
• Gute Verhandlungs- sowie Koordinationsfähigkeiten, Lernbereitschaft und positives Arbeitsverhalten
