PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the coordination, development and drive of CI initiatives in the BU, within CI team, and across functions when required
• Coach and promote the development of Continuous Improvement mindset in the plants and within the BU team
• Participate actively in the development of Continuous Improvement agenda and Roadmap, within CI function and respective BU
