• Oversee the middle office activities supporting the firm’s investment operations — including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, collateral, reconciliations, and corporate actions
• Ensure that outsourced providers deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services
• Safeguard the integrity of investment data and reduce operational risk
• Support front office portfolio management

What are we looking for?

• Extensive middle office/investment operations background (trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions)
• Strong understanding of derivatives, fixed income, equities, FX, and alternatives, with knowledge of regulatory reporting obligations (EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, Dodd-Frank)
• Proven ability to manage third-party providers (custodians, administrators, prime brokers), while maintaining a strong risk and control mindset
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, escalation, and incident management skills
• Confident communicator capable of engaging effectively with front office teams and external providers, with a focus on project management and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated individual with a tenacious attitude, eager to take ownership and advance in the next career step
