We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support one of our Senior Executives based at our headquarters in Baar. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse environment, this is the ideal role for you

The main tasks and responsibilities

• Organization of meetings, conferences and events as well as arranging and coordinating schedules
• Facilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors as required
• Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials
• General administrative tasks such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondence
• Management of schedules and calendars
• Fielding incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence such as mail
• Maintenance of certain databases
• Onboarding of new team members

• Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
