We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for an exciting opportunity at an international Pharma company in Basel. You’ll work directly with project team leads and cross-functional experts, helping shape the future of health and innovation—right from the inside.

Your Mission
You’ll be the organizational backbone for a high-performing product team, contributing to:

• Coordinating meetings, agendas, and team logistics
• Managing documentation, databases, and structured filing
• ✈️ Supporting travel planning, purchase orders, and expenses
• Handling internal communications like newsletters and team updates
• Helping track project activities and timelines using smart tools
• Providing on-site support and bringing positive energy into the team

Who You Are

• A university graduate in life sciences or business management
• ⚡ A quick learner, eager to work in a scientific environment
• Fluent in English (German a plus)
• Organized, tech-savvy, and reliable
• Communicative, proactive, and team-oriented
