Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and establish project milestones.
• Allocate resources and develop resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule and analyze schedule variances.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts, performing Earned Value Analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on schedule, cost, and resource status.
• Identify and evaluate schedule and cost-related risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate closely with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors for accurate updates.
• Support the Project Manager in internal and client review meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in planning and project control within EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with cost control and budgeting processes.
