Your tasks:

• Operate a fit-for-purpose central Delivery Centre (PMO) for a large, multi-year transformation
• Maintain the integrated master programme plan, covering all workstreams and key milestones
• Support the Programme Director in budget planning, forecasting, and financial control
• Ensure risks and issues are clearly articulated and actively managed
• Produce clear, concise and decision-focused reporting for various audiences

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience in project / programme / change management within the Financial Services sector
• Strong knowledge of project methodology and experience in programme delivery
• Language skills: English – fluent
• Your soft skills:
• Effective stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
