Your impact

• Define system concepts and feasibility for cutting-edge elevator drives
• Develop specs, design rules, and ensure accurate power selection
• Lead control strategies for motors and power line interfaces to optimize ride quality
• Secure compliance with global standards and manage design risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to push technical boundaries

Who you are

• A forward-thinking engineer with deep expertise in power electronics. You thrive on complex challenges, work well across disciplines, and bring a structured, innovative mindset to every project
• Degree in Electronic Engineering with focus on Power Electronics /Machine Control theory
• Extensive experience in power electronics development, ideally in a highly regulated industry
• Expertise in three-phase machine control, thermal design & lifetime calculation
• Strong understanding of thermal design and lifetime calculation for frequency converters
• Familiarity with frequency converter-related standards and codes
• Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink for system simulation
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
