• Ensure purchases of direct and indirect materials for the company
• Savings in purchasing management
• Delivery of raw material or components on time to meet internal and external customer requirements
• Materials and reorder point planning
• Purchase order processing and tracking
• Attention and follow-up on issues related to purchases and suppliers (payments, approvals, rejections, etc.)

TASKS

• Direct contact with suppliers
• Perform activities to buy direct and non-productive material tooling
• Perform market analysis and follow RFQ processes
• Evaluate, assess and select suppliers according OR process
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers according needs
• Search for costs reduction and different saving programs
• Create and follow up delivery of purchase orders
• Review general contracts and service agreements
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of Master Data of supply chain in navision
• Analyze material planning requirements on weekly basis
• Follow core processes and work instructions
• Support inventory management strategy for Raw Material and Semi Finish products through accurate planning
• Participate with engineering in technical changes to procurement of materials
• Handle supply changes for new products introduction or transfers
