The team mission is to develop & maintain the new Customer Care Center Application for Swissquote agents, together with the different banking services (cards, payments & transfer) that Swissquote clients use on a daily basis
We are looking for a who combines strong software engineering skills with a product mindset to build AI-powered solutions for our customers and employees., You will design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend services and model integration to user experience and performance monitoring. Working closely with Customer Care and Sales Business teams, you will help transform our legacy solutions through practical and reliable inhouse AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI generated-code applications using coding agents such as ClaudeCode
- Integrate with other components of Swissquote ecosystem such as Genesys and micro service architecture into production environments
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to deliver impactful and straight to the point solutions
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements expected in a regulated financial environment
Qualifications
- Experience developing production-grade software applications
- Strong programming skills in Java and modern software development frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development through spec driven development
- Strong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking
- Experience in CRM / Customer Care applications is a strong advantage
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus
