Product Manager AI Empowerment 80 – 100 % (f/m/d)

How you can make a difference:

– Define and drive the AI integration into the porftolio accross the product range.

– Identify customer needs and value drivers with Machine Learning and AI and translation into customer requriements and roadmaps for new features, products and services.

– Drive AI Initiatives from early concept to implementation through all development stages

– Work closely with Product Management and RnD in Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the United States

– Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor, enabling product teams to integrate AI without assuming ownership of their individual products.

That’s what you bring along:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or in a related field
• Experience in liquid handling and robotics, clinical diagnostics, and/or life sciences
• Proven practical experience in working with AI tools and translating AI capabilities into valuable applications or workflows
• Strong understanding of data-driven products, software ecosystems and machine-learning concepts.
• Fluent German is mandatory; strong English skills are required for international collaboration

• Strong communicator who can explain complex AI topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, hands-on and willing to challenge existing approaches constructively.
