Job Description

We're on the lookout for tomorrow's talent! Join us as a Product Manager (100%) in Gland (VD), starting in May 2026 or upon agreement.  

Your mission 

We are looking for a multi-talented Product Manager to help us keep Yuh’s momentum going. We need a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who is ready to move beyond simple execution. You will identify opportunities, drive value, and help shape the future of our product alongside the Head of Product. You will act as the bridge between Business Strategy, User Experience and Technical Execution. Your goal is to maximize delivery value. You aren't just building features; you are building the business. You will spot the quick wins, negotiate the trade-offs, and ensure measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Main tasks

1. Business Impact & Opportunity Discovery

• Identify the Wins: You have a nose for value. You proactively identify opportunities – whether they are strategic long-term plays or "quick wins" (high value, low effort) – to drive growth and retention.
• Commercial Mindset: You transform client feedback and business needs into viable product ideas. You assess not just “if” we can build it, but “should” we build it based on ROI and business goals.
• Contribute to the Vision: You work closely with the Head of Product to sharpen the product vision, bringing data and market insights to the table to help evolve the strategy.

2. Strategic Prioritization & Roadmap Management

• Value-Based Decisions: You lead prioritization using structured frameworks and clear rationale. You ruthlessly prioritize to ensure we are always working on the items that deliver the most value for the least effort.
• Master the Roadmap: You ensure every theme and initiative is clearly represented on the roadmap and aligned with company goals. You track features from ideation to sunsetting, ensuring we don't carry dead weight.
• KPI Obsession: You define clear success metrics before development starts. Post-launch, you track the impact rigorously. If a feature doesn't hit its KPIs, you pivot or iterate; you don't just move to the next shiny thing.

3. Alliance Building & Operational Excellence

• Build Alliances: You are a diplomat and a connector. You build strong alliances across Marketing, Customer care, Compliance, Operations, and Tech to ensure alignment. You know how to get buy-in and manage conflicting interests without breaking relationships.
• Champion Product board: You drive awareness and usage of Product board, creating tailored views that give leadership and stakeholders total transparency on what we are building and why.
• Process Improvement: You constantly look for ways to optimize collaboration. You ensure the flow of information between business and tech is seamless.

Qualifications

Your Profile   

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economy, communication or any related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in Banking, Fintech or B2C digital products. You understand the Swiss way of doing finance and banking like no one else and can project yourself in a European context.
• Business Acumen: You understand the "Business" side of Product. You can identify opportunities, and keeping close tracks of innovation in Finance is part of your DNA. You understand what makes a successful product ecosystem that includes payments, trading, crypto and saving.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: You love data not for its own sake, but for the answers it provides. You can prove the impact of your work with hard numbers.
• The "Pareto" Mindset: You are always looking for the 20% of effort that yields 80% of the results.
• Communication & Soft Skills: English: Required (Fluent/Native) and French or German: A strong plus.
• Negotiation: You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder maps and aligning diverse teams toward a common goal.
• Strong understanding of financial industry concepts, regulations and user needs.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach to challenges.
