      • As a member of the organizational unit Hernia for Germany, Switzerland and Austria (GSA) you are responsible for the educational activities in the assigned territory, drive & execute the underlying strategy with the Sales organization, development of market analysis, as well as cross-functional collaboration with the local & regional marketing team to ensure innovative and competitive solutions.       Main Tasks & Responsibilities

      • You will be actively involved in the training and continuing education of our employees as well as our customers. You will create concepts, coordinate them with sales and marketing, and lead both internal and external events to success
      • To realize growth potential aligned with strategic pillars, you will build a valuable network with key opinion leaders (KOL), lead project-related initiatives, and develop corresponding plans for consumer or patient communication
      • For targeted customer communications based on clinical evidence, you are our go-to person. By providing us with relevant market data and information on trends and changing market conditions, you facilitate sales decisions
      • You ensure efficient market placement by developing appropriate strategies and more targeted advertising approaches for our products and services. This is supported by well-matched materials
      • For coordination, you work closely with internal interfaces within the clinic as well as with colleagues from the fields of health economics, sales, marketing & market development
      • In coordination with the SM and Sales Representative of the respective territory, you run projects per sales territory, which are determined as Key Customers for the fiscal year
      • KOL management & support and expansion of existing customers
      • Develop promising strategies for further market development
      • Co-travel and travel activity with the Sales organization in addition to existing travel activities
      • Independently develop and run new and innovative content for trade shows, symposia, roundtables, etc
      • Active collaboration with local & European marketing for the expansion and elaboration of marketing campaigns
      • Onboarding of new employees on local level of Hernia
      • Furthermore, you proactively support the continuous education of our employees in GSA, e.g. new indications, surgical techniques and study updates
      • Required Skills & Competencies:
      • Education: Degree in economics with a focus on marketing or equivalent qualification
      • Experience: At least five years in marketing, communication, product management or sales in a B2B medical technology company, ideally internationally, with sales and OR experience
      • Financial Knowledge: Ability to implement ROI standards, build success measurement tools, analyze results, and connect with management
      • Media & Event Management: Experience with print media and event management
      • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and experience in the medical technology sector
      • Communication: Strong communication & presentation skills and professional demeanor
      • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
      • Work Ethic: Goal and performance-oriented, independent, responsible, and team-oriented
      • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools
      • Travel: High willingness to travel, including multi-day stays domestically and internationally
      • Language Skills: Proficient in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
