Main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Align product development and go-to-market strategies with business goals. Collaborate with sales & global marketing for continuous improvement & new launches and campaigns
• Identify and explore new ideas, technologies, and opportunities to differentiate our products and meet emerging customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional portfolio teams to ensure the expansion of the portfolio
• Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch. Manage discontinuation and product conversion
• Demand planning review (provide business forecast to the supply chain demand planner)
• Developing, Implementing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the BD brand
• Translate customer requests into viable business cases and ready-to-implement solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage market research and data to inform product decisions
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes, and external factors. Make informed decisions to minimize potential impact
• Creation of marketing material (presentation, brochure, comparison studies, whitepapers)
• Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Pharmacy or related field
• Profound interest in microbiology, trends and drivers for the
• Proficiency in English
• Experience using Project Management tools and Methodologies
