Product Manager Services (80-100%)

What drives this department

Our Service Product Management team is responsible for the global product portfolio and pricing policy for existing and new products in close cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• As Product Manager, you will share end-to-end responsibility for our service portfolio

• Developing and implementing new products and service offerings will be part of your role, including defining requirements, design, introduction, key performance indicators, and lifecycle management.

• Maintaining and expanding the existing service portfolio is another key aspect of your responsibilities.

• Additionally, you will be responsible for global service pricing.

• You have already gained several years of experience in the service business and in product and project management and are enthusiastic about working in this field

• Ideally, you have a degree in industrial engineering (FH/HF) and have a basic technical education or a strong technical affinity

• In your professional career, you have already gained experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and stakeholder management and are familiar with methods and tools for successful teamwork

• Experience in the spare parts business and pricing is an advantage

What you need to succeed

• Networked thinking and acting in the interests of the company is a matter of course for you
• You have a strong customer focus and are used to working independently
• You communicate fluently in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are also willing to travel a maximum of 20% of the time
