Job Description

This is a fixed-term position for 6-7 months, providing maternity leave cover.

As a Product Marketing Manager in the Consumer & Private Customer Marketing team within our Real Estate Business Unit, you will connect product development with customer needs and effective marketing for our Real Estate brands ImmoScout24, Homegate and Flatfox. Your mission is to turn product capabilities into compelling customer benefits, successful launches and sustained adoption among property seekers, owners and private advertisers.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how customers discover, understand and use our products, working closely with product managers, marketing specialists and analytics teams. Join our dynamic team, located in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Specifically, you will work on:

• Shape product positioning and messaging: Translate customer insights and product capabilities into clear value propositions for property seekers and private advertisers, aligned with our brands.
• Orchestrate launch and adoption across owned and paid channels: Define priorities, scope, target audiences, customer journeys and success measures, aligning marketing plans with product roadmaps.
• Lead campaign planning and briefing: Develop integrated campaign plans, recommend channel and budget allocation, and create clear creative and channel briefs in collaboration with brand, channel owners and design specialists.
• Coordinate delivery across teams: Act as a SPOC for marketing towards product managers and align channel owners and analytics specialists on activities, timelines, assets and measurement readiness, with channel specialists managing activation.
• Drive performance and continuous improvement: Evaluate launches and ongoing campaigns, steer optimisation with channel owners, and use performance insights and customer feedback to improve adoption and inform future product marketing decisions.
• Develop compelling communication stories across channels: Write engaging narratives and persuasive marketing copies in German language, tailoring messaging to audiences and channels. 
  
   

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing or go-to-market management for digital consumer products, including planning and coordinating feature launches and adoption campaigns.
• Excellent cross-functional project management, enabling you to align Product, Marketing, Data and creative partners, manage dependencies and drive initiatives from briefing through launch and evaluation.
• A sound understanding of integrated marketing and customer journeys, with experience developing actionable briefs and coordinating acquisition, adoption and re-engagement activities across channels.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including defining success measures, interpreting campaign results and presenting clear recommendations. Familiarity with tracking requirements and marketing dashboards is valuable.
• A background in marketing automation or paid marketing channels, with an understanding of how to connect product value with effective customer communication and activation.
• Very good written and spoken command of both German and English. We value the skills you bring and your ability to learn quickly, so don’t worry if your career path has been unique.
