Job Description

We are looking for a Product & Marketing Manager to manage and develop assigned products across their full lifecycle. In this role, you will define product vision and strategy, shape market positioning, drive product development priorities, and support successful product launches in close collaboration with sales, digital business, R&D, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

• Manage assigned products throughout their lifecycle, from product strategy and roadmap definition to launch, continuous improvement, and maintenance.
• Develop and communicate clear product visions, value propositions, and market strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements, competitor offerings, and regulatory limitations
• Define product requirements, prioritise features, and support cost-benefit analyses for product initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective product development, release planning, sales enablement, and market introduction.
• Track product performance using relevant KPIs and customer feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• More than five years of relevant experience in Engineering, product management, project management, or a related role, ideally in the power industry, waste-to-energy, renewable gas, or similar sector.
• Strong understanding of product management methods, industrial processes, customer value creation, and market-driven product development.
• Analytical and structured working style, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, prioritise initiatives, and manage several projects in parallel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English skills are required; German or French would be an advantage. Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%
