Technical Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-size investment projects with direct impact on production and business performance
Perform process engineering calculations and support plant optimization activities; Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications to existing systems, including cost estimation, scheduling and functional assessment
Support production adjustments and new product introductions
Concept Development: Develop and evaluate potential technical solutions, including assessment of advantages and limitations
Team Coordination and Resource Management: Coordinate and secure all required internal and external resources to ensure timely and professional project execution
Process Optimization and knowledge Transfer: Drive optimization of process flows, implement solutions and support knowledge transfer within the organization
Profile
Technical diploma or Bachelor-s degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, biotechnology or chemical engineering (Master-s degree preferred)
Strong ability to apply engineering knowledge in day-to-day project execution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Highly independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Advanced English and German skills (written and spoken)
Innovative mindset with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
Strong leadership skills within a matrix environment
