Project Manager (PMO) – Test Management (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMO) – Test Management (m/f/d) to support coordination and delivery within a leading life sciences organization. You will take over key responsibilities related to test planning and execution within the LDC (Logistics Data Center) Operations stream, especially focusing on integration with third-party systems.

 Your Responsibilities

• Provide light PMO support for test planning activities including coordination of test plan finalization and preparation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, functional units, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Coordinate test execution processes including defect tracking, risk and issue monitoring, and quality metric reporting.
• Ensure test plan updates and test progress reports are delivered timely and in high quality.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure alignment of deliverables with the lead representative.
• Manage deliverables through MS Teams and maintain documentation integrity. 

Your Profile

• Proven experience in test management or PMO roles within large-scale IT projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and structured working style.
• Familiarity with tools used for test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder coordination.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables across a defined timeline.
